What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. Our customer service agents will give you specific instructions as to where to send the product. They will also provide you with a return number so that after we receive and inspect your return, we can credit your account accurately. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. Any shipping fees charged at time of purchase are not refundable.
You may return an item provided it is sent back within 30 days of purchase and in its original packaging. The items you are returning must be unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. Items that appear to be used or worn cannot be resold and therefore will NOT be an accepted return.
Please insure the package against loss or damage if not included in the cost of shipping. No CODs or bill recipient returns. They will not be accepted. With United States Postal Service please do not send package signature required. Shipping fees for shipments to the customer or from the customer are non refundable unless Apocalypse Gear has made a shipping error.
Please DO NOT wear apparel around if it is going to be returned.
How To Return Items?
Email us at email@example.com to receive a return authorization number. This helps us manage your return internally either to credit you or to exchange the order.
Place Return Authorization Number on side of the package. We will not accept returns without it.
Return unused item(s), tags, and original package in box WITH copy of the invoice and note detailing return instructions.
